  • Do you only sell your bracelets online?
    Yes. We do not have a retail location at this time.
  • How do I care for my BeYOUtiful and Blessed Life bracelets and other Jewelry?
    Please use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions, colognes, and perfumes when wearing BeYOUtiful and Blessed Life jewelry. They may cause the metal to tarnish or damage the beads. We recommend removing your Jewelry when bathing or swimming. Keep in mind Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural PH levels. We recommend rolling your beaded bracelet on and caution against pulling and stretching them. Please store your Jewelry in the pouch provided or hang it on a bracelet display. A small amount of silver polish may be used to shine tarnished sterling silver accents. However, use extra caution not to get polish on crystal beads or stretch cord.
  • How are the bracelets strung?
    All BeYOUtiful and Blessed Life beaded bracelets are strung using a secret double string technique with the highest quality cord available.
  • Why does my bracelet look a little different from the image online?
    Bead's color, size, and shape may vary slightly due to the nature of precious and semi-precious stones. The pattern of the bracelets may also vary slightly based on size.
  • What materials/metals do you use?
    Most of our hand-made bracelets are constructed using genuine precious and semi-precious stones, sterling silver, or stainless steel. Some of our bracelets are made using man-made beads and nickel/lead-free metals (these bracelets will be marked as such). Other items are a combination of sterling silver, stainless steel, or nickel/lead-free metal and will be clearly labeled in the product description.
  • Will you restock out-of-stock items?
    If an item sells out, we will do everything in our control to restock the item. However, some bracelets are created using exclusive or one-of-a-kind stones and are unable to be replaced.   • How do I get a status update on my order?
    When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. It typically takes 3-5 business days to process an order and ship it to you. If you have a specific question, please feel free to contact Customer Experience at: jenny@beyoutifulandblessedlife.com
  • Are there any restrictions on discount codes?
    Discount codes are not valid on Sale, Mystery Boxes, or Subscription items.
  • What if something is broken or missing from my order?
    Every Box is packed with care to ensure the items' safety. However, if you have an issue, please email Customer Experience immediately at: jenny@beyoutifulandblessedlife.com and we will do everything we can to resolve the matter to your complete satisfaction.
  • When can I expect my Mystery Bracelet Subscription Box?
    Your first payment will be processed when you place your order. Your Box will be shipped 3-5 business days after your first order and then each month 3-5 days after your subscription renewes. After receiving your first Box, you will be billed every 30 days until canceled.
  • Will I be able to choose the size bracelet I want for my subscription box?
    Yes! Each bracelet is hand-made just for you. You will be able to select your size and metal color choices when you place your order for the subscription box.
  • Is there a commitment, or can I cancel my Mystery Bracelet Box anytime?
    No commitment. If you want to cancel your subscription, email Customer Experience at jenny@beyoutifulandblessedlife.com to cancel. Please note that all cancellation requests must be received 14 days prior to the billing date of each Box, or you will be charged for the next Box.
  • Can I change the bracelet size in my subscription box?
    If you order a size that is too small or too large, email us at jenny@beyoutifulandblessedlife.com and we will change your size in the system.

Extra Small 6.5 inches

Using a string, ribbon, or measurement tape, measure the circumference of your wrist just above the wrist bone (toward the elbow).

 

Make a note of the number at the point where the measuring tape meets the O.

 

If your wrist appears to be between two sizes, we suggest you choose the larger size. (ex. If you measured 7-7.25 inches with the string test, we always advise that you order size 7.5)

NECKLACE SIZING

Note that depending on the circumstance of your neck, the necklace will fall longer or shorter depending on the individual.

Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Therefore, we offer exchanges and returns on qualifying orders within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on qualifying items that have not been worn, are unaltered, and are in original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanges or returns, absent a mutual agreement in writing otherwise.

 

Please email jenny@beyoutifulandblessedlife.com for return/exchange requests. We are not responsible for lost packages and highly recommend tracking your package.

Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 3-5 business days. BeYOUtiful and Blessed Life does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays. If you require expedited shipping, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at jenny@beyoutifulandblessedlife.com. All orders over $50 are eligible for FREE shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Once we receive your return and it has been processed, we will refund your money back to you via the original payment method. Please note that returns take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility.

For resizing, and BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PACKAGE, please email the exchange details and resizing specifications to jenny@beyoutifulandblessedlife.com.  Once we have confirmed that we can complete the resizing, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed and where to send your item. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping fees associated with resizing, absent a mutual agreement in writing otherwise. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost packages and highly recommend tracking your package.

We strive to make the most durable Jewelry with the highest quality materials. If for some reason, your Jewelry breaks or needs restringing within 30 days of shipping, we will do it for free. After 30 days, there is a $20 restringing fee. Please email additional questions about our Resizing and Repair Policy to jenny@beyoutifulandblessedlife.com
